DESCRIPTION:A fixture of Stokey Lit Fest\, GastroSalon\, hosted by writer and broadcaster Rachel McCormack\, has three guests tell the food and drink stories that they never get the chance to talk about anywhere else. In previous years we’ve had tales of comedy writers being completely confused in culinary China\, found out what Delia Smith cooks in her own house and why filo is the worst thing to make on TV. \nAt the end of the salon our guests read out their favourite piece of writing about food\, drink or conviviality. \nThis years guests include award-winning writers Patrice Lawrence (Orange Boy)\, Pete Brown (Miracle Brew) and Niki Segnit (The Flavor Thesaurus) \n
