I regularly do talks, speeches, readings and other events, both for the public and bespoke for corporate clients, across the UK and sometimes internationally. Check back here to see if I’ve added any near you!
I love Nerd Nite - fascinating and funny speeches from people who care about all sorts of stuff. This time I'll be using the excuse that it's Wassail Week to talk about the hidden magic and mystery of apples. From the event website: The apple is so ubiquitous, it’s almost invisible. Green Man's Courtyard Bar boasts 70 different beers and 30 different ciders sourced exclusively from Wales. On the Friday morning of the festival, I open the spoken word tent by matching six of these drinks with six of the musical acts playing the festival. It's turned into a…Find out more »
