From Orchard to Glass: the Magic of Cider

I’m delighted to be doing the first in what will hopefully be the first in a series of regular events with Hawkes Urban Cidery in Bermondsey, South London.
As we approach apple blossom time I’ll be leading a talk and cider and apple juice tasting exploring the amazing range of single variety ciders (including Hawkes’ Soul Trader). We’ll be exploring different apple types in the form of juices, before seeing how they translate to finished single variety cider.
The talk and tasting will last approximately 90 minutes, with some general chat afterwards.
I’ll also be selling and signing books.
